新棘衣棘头虫形态特征及其感染黄鳝的肠道组织病理变化 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】了解新棘衣棘头虫(Pallisentis celatus)对黄鳝(Monopterus allbus)的寄生机制,为防治该寄生虫病提供参考。【方法】采用扫描电镜与石蜡组织切片技术对新棘衣棘头虫的形态特征及其感染黄鳝的肠道组织进行观察研究。【结果】新棘衣棘头虫吻突较小,吻钩呈牛角状,表面光滑无痕,基部粗大,尖部指向体部后方;新棘衣棘头虫的体壁由角质层、表皮层和肌肉层组成,中央没有消化道。新棘衣棘头虫对黄鳝肠道的机械挤压作用非常明显,寄生部位的黏膜层、黏膜下层及部分肌肉层消失;同时新棘衣棘头虫也受黄鳝肠道挤压,与黄鳝肠道黏膜接触段严重变形,部分虫体表面与黄鳝肠道黏膜紧密接触,难以区分。【结论】新棘衣棘头虫对黄鳝肠道的初期感染,吻突的吻钩起重要固定作用,随着虫体的生长,其局部体表与黄鳝肠道组织融为一体,吻突失去实际作用而缩回棘头虫体腔内。 【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to understand Pallisentis(Neosentis) celatus parasitic mechanism in Monopterus allbus in order to provide scientific information for prevention and treatment of P. celatus.【Method 】Morphological characteristics of P. celatus and histopathology of intestinal tract of M. allbus infected by P.celatus were observed with scanning electron microscopy and paraffin histological section. 【Result 】The Results showed that rostrum of P. celatus was smaller, and hook rooted in rostrum was horned, sharp and smooth. Mucros pointed to the back of worm. The body wall of P. celatus was composed of cuticle, epidermis and muscle layer, and digestive tract did not existed in the worm. Because P. celatus and M. allbus squeezed each other, it brought about mechanical damage of M. allbus intestine and disappearance of cuticle, epidermis and muscle layer in parasitic position. Meanwhile the contact segment of P. celatus with intestinal mucosal was in deformation seriously, which resulted in hardly distinguishing between worm suface and intestinal mucosal. 【 Conclusion 】 On the early stage of P. celatus parasiting in in-testinal tract of M. allbus, hook of rostrum plays an important fixing role. As the growth of P. celatus, intestinal mucosa of M. allbus and body wall of P. celatus integrate each other, and P. celatus retracts rostrum into body wall of itself.
