摘要 临床资料 患者女，63岁。高血压病史5年余，因“左上腹痛2个月余”入院。缘于2013年7月6日自行车撞击右上腹后疼痛，但无其他症状，未予重视，1周后疼痛加重，在当地医院查腹部CT示肝包膜下积液，考虑出血，予“止血、保肝”治疗后症状稍缓解，继续卧床休息，
