通过对一款汽车线束用斜梯状支架塑件的成型特点和要点进行分析,介绍了塑件成型分型面的选择及浇注系统的设计,阐述了定模抽芯结构的设计方法与塑件顶出的设计技巧。
Based on the analysis of an automobile wire harness with the forming characteristics and key points of inclined ladder shaped stent products, introduces the design selection of parting surface and pouring system forming of plastic parts, the design skills before the mold core structure and design method of pumping out the product.
