摘要
从技术工艺角度系统地分析了再制造在冲焊型液力变矩器产品中的应用.通过对冲焊型液力变矩器失效模式的确定、短板零部件的归类、回用件的筛选,分析确定了零部件的可回用率.通过对再制造件的性能疲劳评价验证了再制造在液力变矩器产品中的应用可靠性.
The study systematically analyzes the application of re-manufacture on the stamping and welding type torque converter based on the technical process. Through the definition of the torque converter failure mode, separation of the reused parts, the reuse rate is defined. A fatigue test validates the reliability of the re-manufaiture parts, which is meaningful to the widespreading and standardizaton of the remanufacture engineering for torque converter.
