Research on the Development Trend of New Agricultural Management Subject

着重分析我国提出发展新型农业经营主体的基本背景——农业家庭经营的适应性与小农经营的局限性;从组织属性角度划分不同类别的新型农业经营主体,并阐述其发展的基本情况;根据构建新型农业经营体系的整体框架和基本要求,分析不同类别新型农业经营主体的功能定位与发展趋势;最后就如何选择政策支持的目标与对象提出基本看法。

This paper first analyzes of the fundamental background of China＇s current fostering of new agricultural management subject, namely,the adaptability of agricultural family operation and the limitations of small-scale peasant economy.It then divides new agri-cultural management subjects into different categories from the angle of organizational attributes with an elaboration on the basic situation of their development.It also analyzes the functional orientation and development trend of different agricultural management subjects on the basis of the overall framework of and fundamental requirements for the construction of new agricultural management system.The paper finally proposes some ideas on how to choose the target object and policy support.
