西洋参降糖丸治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Panax Quinquefolium Hypoglycemic Pills on Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic

目的西洋参降糖丸治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床观察。方法将180例2型糖疗病患者,分为实验组和对照组,实验组90例给予西洋参降糖丸,对照组90例给予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察2组的总有效率,用药前后的Hb A1c(糖化血红蛋白)、2 h PBG(餐后2 h血糖)、FBG(空腹血糖)指标。结果对照组的临床检验结果较实验组差,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);实验组Hb A1c(糖化血红蛋白)达标率明显提高,2 h PBG(餐后2 h血糖)、FBG(空腹血糖)均比治疗前降低,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论西洋参降糖丸能改善2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的高血糖状态。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） with the treatment of Panax quinquefolium hypoglycemic pill. Methods 90 cases of patients in the experimental group were treated with Panax quinquefolium Hypoglycemic pills, 90 cases of patients in the control group were treated with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets . The total efficiency rates of the two groups before and after treatment , HbAlc （HbAlc）, 2hPBG （2h postprandial blood glucose）, FBG （fasting blood sugar） index were observed. Results The improvement of the clinical test result of the control group was worse than that of the experimental group. The difference was significant （P 〈 0.05） ; the compliance rate of group HbAlc （HbAlc） of the experimental group was significantly increased, 2hPBG （2h post- prandial blood glucose） , FBG （fasting blood sugar） both decreased compared to those before treatment, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion panax quinquefolium hypoglycemic pill; Can improve islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes, relieve patients with high blood sugar.
