深圳市福永街道居民社区卫生服务满意度调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过对社区卫生服务中心就诊患者进行问卷调查,了解社区居民的满意度,为进一步提高社区卫生服务质量提供参考依据。方法采用拦截式调查方法,对深圳市福永人民医院下属14个社区卫生服务中心的520名就诊患者进行满意度问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷502份,有效率为96.5%。满意度最高的是方便到达(84.3%),其次是隐私保护(82.1%),满意度较低的有设施配备(58.6%)、药品供应(63.5%)和药品价格(68.9%)等。结论深圳市福永人民医院社区卫生服务已取得初步成效,但还应进一步加强医疗队伍建设、完善硬件设施,并通过推进基本药物制度和加大宣传力度发展社区卫生服务来提高患者满意度。 Objectives To conduct questionnaire surveys for patients in commumty laealtt~ centers so as to grasp tne commu- nity residents' satisfaction, and to provide reference for further community health service quality improving. Methods Intercept survey methodology was used to investigate 520 patients" satisfaction in 14 community health centers which affiliated Fuyong People's Hospital. Results 502 valid questionnaires were returned, and the effective rate was 96.5%. The highest satisfaction is "within easy reach" (84.3 % ), followed by "privacy protection" (82.1%) ; lower satisfaction went with "facilities equipped" (58.6%), "drug supply" (63.5%)and "price"(68.9%). Conclusions The community health service of Fuyong People's Hospital has achieved initial success, but the medical team construction and facility instruments need to be improved, in addition, it is supposed to promote the essential drugs system and intensify propaganda in order to progress the community health services, and to increase patients' satisfaction.
