氧化钆掺杂钇铟铝复合石榴石铁氧体的结构与性能 被引量:1

摘要 用固相反应法制备了化学通式为Y3-xGdxIn0.1Al0.3Fe4.56Mn0.04O12的系列铁氧体试样,结合X线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和磁性能测试等手段,研究了掺杂Gd3+对复合石榴石铁氧体结构和性能的影响。结果表明:Gd3+掺杂量x在0-1.5之间变化时,所制备的试样为单相石榴石结构,且晶粒大小和相对密度不受Gd3+掺杂量的影响;铁氧体的饱和磁化强度会随着x的增大而显著降低,铁磁共振线宽和自旋波线宽都随x的增大而增大,铁氧体的温度稳定性得到提高。 The composite garnet ferrites of Y3- xGdxIn0. 1Al0. 3Fe4. 56Mn0. 04O12 were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The influences of Gd3 +on the structures and properties of the composite garnet ferrite were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and magnetism testing. Results showed that with the increase of x from 0 to 1. 5,all samples were single-phase garnet,the grain size and relative theoretical density kept invariant,the saturation magnetization of the prepared samples decreased with the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth and the spin wave linewith increased,and the temperature stability of ferrite was improved by adding Gd2O3.
