摘要
从液力变矩器的工程设计出发,提出一种利用三段圆弧和两段圆弧逼近非圆弧的液力变矩器循环圆的方法。建立轴面流线方程,推导出圆弧拟合的方程,在给定的约束条件下,对相切圆弧逼近非圆轮廓曲线的目标函数的变量进行优化。比较拟合曲线的过流断面与非圆曲线过流断面的误差,在加工精度允许的条件下选择相应的加工方法,节省成本、减小数控加工的难度。
Three sections of circular arcs and the two sections of arcs were used to substitute the noncircular arc's circulatory circle for better design of hydraulic torque converter to make converter manufacture easier.Noncircular curve contour,which was described previously with axial surface streamline equation,was approached by continuous tangent arcs.Arc fitting equations were derived and the errors were calculated by the least squares method.Matlab optimization toolbox was used to calculate the variable of the objective function with the given constraint conditions.A series of formulas were sorted.The characteristic parameters of three arcs and two arcs of circulatory circle could be figured out with the above formulas.Circulatory circle shaped as three sections of circular arcs was compared with that shaped as two sections of circular arcs in manufacture process and areas errors of cross sections of the fluid.
