摘要
目的探讨用高场磁共振对诊断卵泡膜细胞瘤的独特作用及意义。方法收集病理确诊的卵泡膜细胞瘤10例,观察病灶的形态学特征与影像学特征,及其对周围组织脏器的侵犯情况等,结合其病理学特性,分析卵泡膜细胞瘤在3.0 T磁共振检查的影像学表现,分析卵泡膜细胞瘤病理生理学特征及其在3.0 T高场磁共振中的影像特点。结果平扫瘤体实性部分表现为T1WI等、低信号,T2WI稍高信号,当病灶内出现囊变时,T2WI信号可增高,增强扫描动脉期多为轻度强化,并有延迟强化的特征。结论高场MRI具有诸多成像优点,利用其强大的后处理功能,结合深入分析该型肿瘤影像病理学特征,可以为定性诊断提供更加可靠依据。
Objective To discuss the efficiency and value of high-field MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian thecoma by analyzing the tumor appearance in the 3 T MR images. Methods 3 T MRI of 10 cases were collected, all with ovarian thecoma that proved by surgical pathology. The appearance of the tumor were then analyzed. Results The solid part of the tumors were shown as iso-or hypo-intense signal in T1WI images and slightly hyper-intense in T:WI images. In the cystic part, signal of hyper-intensity can be found in T1WI images. After enhancement, most lesions showed moderate enhancement with slight increase on the delayed phase. Conclusion The appearance of ovarian thecoma in 3 T MR images is somewhat characteristic, and 3.0 T MR is helpful in improving the diagnosis efficiency of ovarian thecoma.
