摘要
金刚石的应用主要分为两类,一类是用于制作金刚石工具,如磨具、刀具等;另一类是用于制备金刚石功能材料,如导热材料。文章主要介绍了金刚石与金属、碳化硅或树脂等新型先进复合材料的研究现状、制备方法及主要应用前景。金刚石/金属复合材料与金刚石/碳化硅复合材料主要采用气相沉积法和烧结法来制备,烧结可以采用高压高温、脉冲电流烧结、微波、等离子体和反应渗透烧结等多种方式和热源,所制备的复合材料是热管理应用的理想材料,也可以用作耐磨材料。金刚石/树脂复合材料主要把金刚石共混到树脂基体中,可以提高树脂的导热率,或用作精密抛光材料。
Application of Diamond can be mainly divided into two categories:one is the manufacture of diamond tools such as grinding tool and cutting tool,and the other is the preparation of diamond function materials such as thermally conductive composites.This article mainly introduces the current status of the research of the new type of advanced composite which combines metal,carborundum or resin with diamond,its preparation methods and potential application of it.Diamond/metal and diamond/carborundum composites are normally prepared by vapour deposition method and sintering process.During the sintering process,various ways and heat source can be adopted,such as High Pressure and High Temperature,pulse current sintering,microwave,plasma and reactive infiltration sintering.Those composites prepared by these methods are ideal material for thermal management applications.They can also be used as wear-resistant material.Diamond/resin composite generally combines diamond into the resin marix which will increase the thermal conductivity of the resin.It can be also used as precision polishing material.
