甘露糖结合凝集素相关丝氨酸蛋白酶2的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 甘露糖结合凝集素相关丝氨酸蛋白酶2(MASP-2)是补体凝集素途径关键酶,位于染色体1p36上,约20 kb,由686个氨基酸残基构成。通过病原相关分子模式识别病原体,与凝集素结合,以酶原形式存在的MASP-2活化,继而激活后续级联反应,致使入侵的病原体被机体清除破坏。MASP-2基因多态性普遍存在,过高或过低的MASP-2水平都不利于免疫系统正常运行,影响着多种疾病的易感性及发展进程。MASP-2血清浓度在不同疾病及同一疾病不同阶段的不尽相同。MASP-2与肿瘤、感染性疾病以及自身免疫性疾病的发生发展密切相关。
