摘要
航天高分辨率遥感相机通常包含调焦和调偏流运动机构,在地面检测时需要由步进电机对其进行高精度控制。提出了以C8051F040为控制器,以模拟放大电路为功率驱动的解决方案,通过RS232、CAN总线远程通信和按键控制3种方式对电机进行精确控制,并在LCD1602显示器上进行实时状态显示,实现了简单、灵活地对航天相机调焦和调偏流运动机构的高精度检测。实验结果表明:所设计的驱动电路能有效地控制电机转动的各项参数,且整体设计重量轻、体积小,在检测时容易使用,且检测平均误差在0.15%范围内。
High resolution space camera usually contains focusing control system and draft adjusting control system.When the camera is detected,it needs high-precision stepping motor to control.Using C8051F040 as the controller and adopting analog circuit as the driver are discussed in the paper.Control the motor by RS232,CAN data bus and press button.In addition,show the real-time state on the LCD1602.It is convenient to control the space camera focusing and draft adjusting system by using this detection system.The result indicates that the controller satisfied with the system demands and the datum error is below 0.15 percent.
