摘要
为了解决高校协同创新中协同创新能力难于评价的问题,提出了一种用网络分析法对高校协同创新能力进行评价的评价模型,针对评价指标之间存在相互依赖或影响关系,以及评价过程主观性较强的情况,设计了运用改进后的德尔菲法对高校协同创新能力评价指标进行优选的方法,利用信念图对两个指标间的相关性进行了判断,运用网络分析法,将定性与定量方法相结合,建立一个较为完整有效的网络模型,有效解决指标的相对重要性权重问题。最后通过仿真,验证了上述模型的有效性和可行性,可用作群体决策支持系统,尤其适用于决策者们直接参与操作仿真,进行多方案的决策比较。
In order to solve problem of ability evaluation of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities collaborative innovation, the evaluation model is presented which uses Analytic Network Process. According to the interdependence and interrelationship between evaluation metrics, and the subjectivity of expert's preference in the evaluation process, this paper designs a method based on improved Delphi method to preferably select evaluating indicator of collaborative innovation ability in colleges and universities. The correlation between the two indicators is judged with belief map. Based on the combined methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation, a fully qualified network hierarchy model is established by analytic hierarchy process. The relative importance weights of indicators are effectively solved. Finally, simulation results illustrate the feasibility and availability of the evaluation model. As an effective tool for group decision support system, it is specially suitable for decision maker to take part in the simulation process and select alternative decisions.
