摘要
提高教师学术产出成为近年来高等教育管理改革的重要任务。国外学术产出影响机制中的累积优势理论、组织激励理论以及社会资本理论等是具有代表性三种理论。梳理发现,这三个理论对学术产出影响机制的研究侧重点各不相同,未来研究应结合具体的研究目的选择合适的理论视角。
Academic productivity or publication improvement is highlighted on the agenda of higher education management reform in China. This paper summarizes and reviews existing literature concerning influence mechanism of academic productivity, which is classified by theory perspectives into cumulative advantage, organization motivation, and social capital. It shows that each theory holds its own focus. Thus future research should choose the proper theoretical perspective integrated with specific research purpose.
