摘要
为了达到建筑节能标准65%,基于国家标准GB/T 15229—2011《轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块》、JGJ/T 14—2011《混凝土小型空心砌块建筑技术规程》对砌块几何尺寸的要求和JGJ 00134—2010《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》对夏热冬冷地区墙体传热阻的要求,对再生混凝土自保温砌块进行块型设计,优选两种块型的砌块进行热工性能理论分析。设计正交试验,掺加玻化微珠提高混凝土的导热性能,试验得到适用于夏热冬冷地区多层居住建筑外墙的再生混凝土自保温混凝土砌块配合比。试验证明制备生产满足建筑节能65%的自保温再生混凝土砌块在理论和试验上都是可行的。
In order to reach energy saving design 65%standard,GB/T 15229--2011 block type design was made according to the regu- lations of lightweight aggregate concrete small hollow block,JGJ 134--2010 the regulations of heat transfer resistance for walls in hot summer and cold winter area in Design Criterion for Residential Energy Saving in hot summer and DB 32/478--2011 cold winter area and design criterion of thermo - environment & energy conservation for civil buildings in Jiangsu Province, and two optimum blocks were selected to analyze their thermal performance. Design orthogonal tests and add glazed hollow bead into concrete to improve its ther- mal conductivity.The mix proportion of self- insulation concrete hollow block with recycled aggregates was obtained, which is suitable for outer walls of residential multistoried building in hot summer and cold winter area.Tests show that it is feasible to manufacture a new type of self - insulation hollow blocks which thermal performance can meetrequirements of energy saving design 65%standard.
