摘要
目的:对秦皮薄层鉴别的展开系统进行改进。方法:改进了原标准的展开系统,采用硅胶G板,以二氯甲烷-甲醇-甲酸(7∶0.5∶0.5)为展开剂,置紫外光灯(365 nm)下检视秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、秦皮素。结果:在供试品色谱中,秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、秦皮素斑点清晰,分离度好,重现性好。结论:该方法的展开系统减少了对环境的污染和对人体的伤害,可替代原标准用于秦皮的鉴别。
Objective: To improve the TLC identification method of Fraxini Cortex Methods: TLC developing system of the original quality standard was improved. Using silica gel G thin layer plate, aesculin, aesculetin and fraxetin were developed with dichloromethane-methanol-formic acid ( 7: 0. 5 : 0. 5 ), and detected under the uv lamp ( 365 nm ). Results: In the charomatogram, the spots of aesculin, aesculetin and fraxetin were clear. The method was repeatable. Conclusion: The method is simple and environment friendly, could replace the original standard to identify Fraxini Cortex.
