摘要
为掌握大亮子河森林公园中大型真菌资源分布现状,分析大型真菌在不同环境中的地理分布生态成因,作者组织人员对大亮子河国家森林公园进行资源调查。采用踏查法和样方法相结合进行研究,调查详细记录大型真菌生长的时间、地点、数量、经纬度、海拔高度和植被类型等相关数据,并将采集到的相关样本进行组织块分离,进行有价值菌株的筛选。通过调查,在大亮子河国家森林公园林区内得到大型真菌31科90属,其中针阔混交林为29科88属175种;红松-云冷杉针叶林为29科78属79种。从地理学的角度出发,分析大型真菌生态分布特点的成因。得出,在公园地形、气候、植被和土壤等自然地理因素和人类开发利用等因素共同作用下,形成大型真菌的分布现状,这个成因结果对研究中国北方大型真菌地理分布提供技术支持。
Objective: To grasp the distribution status of large fungi resources in Daliangzihe Forest Park and analyze the ecological causes of geographic distribution in different environments,the resources in Daliangzihe National Forest Park were investigated.Methods: field investigation was combined with sampling method,and some data associated with large fungi such as growth time,location,quantity,latitude and longitude,elevation,and vegetation types were recorded. The relevant samples were taken back to the laboratory for tissue blocks separation,and valuable strains were filtered. Results: Through the investigation,the authors found macro fungi 90 genera and 31 families in Daliangzihe National Forest Park forest. The conifer and broad-leaved forest had 29 families,88 genera,and 175 species,and the korean pine-spruce-fir coniferous forest had 29 families,78 genera and 79 species. Conclusion:From the point of view of geography,the causes of ecological distribution of macro fungi were analyzed,and it was the interaction among the park terrain,climate,vegetation,soil and other natural and geographical factors and human development and utilization that led to the status quo of macro fungi distribution. The results of this analysis will provide technical support to study the causes of geographic distribution of macro fungi in North China.
