摘要
近年来,教师变革型领导力逐渐受到中西方教育界学者的关注,然而国内对于教师变革型领导力在大学课堂上的行为表现却鲜有研究。基于Burns变革型领导理论,以Bass对变革型领导理论三个维度的划分为支撑,对湖北工业大学106名本科生进行开放式问卷调查。调查结果表明教师变革型领导力在国内大学课堂上的具体行为表现在:表达能力和责任心强,教学方式多样化以及对学生充满关爱。本研究旨在对促进教师专业化发展和提高学生的学习质量有所帮助。
Transformational leadership is gradually applicable to the study of teacher behavior and become a hot issue in western educational sector. However, there is little research on the behavior of teachers' transformational leadership in college classroom at home. This paper, based on Burns' s(1978) transformational leadership theory and supported by Bass' s(1985) three dimensions of the construct, by an open questionnaire survey to 108 undergraduates of Hubei University of Technology, has identify the behavioral indicators of transformational leadership in the college classroom in China. Findings show that transformational teachers have the power of expression and a strong sense of responsibility, and they can work with students on a individual level to meet their developmental needs.
