摘要
乳聚型充油苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶(SIBR)作为一种优良的集成橡胶,其结合苯乙烯含量直接影响橡胶制品的耐温耐磨性能,笔者通过对SIBR橡胶产品进行回流预处理去除杂质,以氘代氯仿为溶剂,在室温下利用核磁共振氢谱法(1 H-NMR)对SIBR中结合苯乙烯含量进行了研究,通过确定图谱中各峰归属并测定积分值,结合特定的计算公式推导出橡胶中结合苯乙烯、丁二烯和异戊二烯的单体质量分数,以期为科研和生产质量控制提供参考数据。
Oil-filled emulsion polymerized styrene-isoprene-butadiene rubber(SIBR)is a kind of excellent integrated rubber,the bound styrene content directly affects the temperature resistant and wear-resistant performance of the rubber products.In this paper,based on reflux pretreatment for impurity removal,the bound styrene content of SIBR was quantitatively analyzed by ^1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry with CDCl3 as solvent.The mass fraction of bound styrene(PS),isoprene(PI)and butadiene(PB)was determined separately by using a calculation method through the integral areas of NMR-peaks.The result of this work could be used as a quality control method for process test and industrial production.
