摘要
[目的]测定并分析不同地区啤酒糟的基本成分。[方法]测定了来自甘肃兰州(2012-B-001)、内蒙古呼和浩特(2012-B-002)和陕西西安(2012-B-003)3个地区啤酒糟的基本成分,并与葡萄渣、甜菜渣、小麦秸秆进行了比较。[结果]试验表明,3个地区啤酒糟的基本组分中,粗蛋白所占比例均达20%以上,故此类啤酒糟可用于制备蛋白质饲料。2012-B-001、2012-B-002和2012-B-003所含中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量相比其他粗饲料较低,对于反刍类家畜具有较好的饲喂效果。此外,3类啤酒糟中,必需氨基酸种类齐全,维生素种类与含量以及矿物质种类与含量均符合国标规定的饲料原料要求。[结论]以啤酒糟为原料制备动物饲料,尤其是蛋白类饲料有较好的经济效益与开发前景。
[ Objective ] To determine and analyze the basic components of brewer's grains from different regions. [ Method ] The basic com- ponents of brewer' s grains from Gansu Lanzhou (2012-B-001), Inner Mongolia Hohhot (2012-B-002) and Shaanxi Xi' an (2002-B-003) were determined, and were compared with grape pomace, beet pulp, wheat straw. [ Result] The experiment showed that in basic components of brewer' s grains from above three regions, crude protein accounted for over 20% , so the brewer' s grains could be used for preparation of pro- tein feed. NDF, ADF content is relative lower than other crude feed, which has good effect on ruminant livestock. Besides, necessary essen- tial amino acids are complete, the kinds and contents of vitamin and mineral are in line with the standard requirements of feed raw materials. [ Conclusion ] Using brewer' s grains as raw material for preparation of animal feed, especially protein feed has good economic benefit and de- velopment prospects.
