摘要
本文以嵌入式微控制器S3C44B0X核心,通过裁剪移植uC/OS-II操作系统和设计GUI人机接口完成超声波电机控制平台的软件、硬件设计。根据超声波电机的运行原理,利用嵌入式微控制器的高运算速度实现超声波电机的驱动控制。同时,通过uC/OS-II实时操作系统对控制系统的各个模块子任务进行调度,提高了系统的工作效率,缩短了系统开发周期,也方便了系统功能的后期扩展和移植。系统将uC/OS-II和S3C44B0X的特点结合起来,并利用GUI所提供的丰富的控件功能,提供了简洁、友好的人机交互界面。实验结果表明,该设计大大缩短了软件的开发周期,同时得到了相对精准的控制精度。
The design of an embedded drive-control system of USM is detailedly introduced, whose software is based on uC/OS-II and uC/GUI. This paper realizes the embedded drive-control of ultrasonic motor proceeding with the ultrason- ic motor's work feature and by using the high operation speed of embedded controller. Meanwhile, the real time operation system of uC/OS-II is used to schedule each module subtask of the control system, which improves system's work effect, and reduces the exploitation cycle of the system, and makes anaphase expand and explanting of system's function easy. It combines uC/OS-II with the features of S3C44BOX, and uses the abundant control function of uC/GUI. The test result in- dicates that this design greatly reduces the exploitation cycle. Meanwhile,the control effect is comparative exact.
