摘要
城市化是推动中国经济与社会深刻变革,实现国家现代化与民族复兴的战略选择。充分理解治理机制运行的有效方式在于比较研究,本文着眼于基层结构与社区治理的分析框架,通过比较中美两国城市基层社会治理的现状与特点,思考治理绩效背后的因果机制,探究发挥后发优势,优化治理体系,从而有效推进我国治理能力的现代化,实现基层社会的善治。
Urbanization promotes the deep change of Chinese society and economics which is regarded as the strategic choice to realize national modernization and revival. Comparative research is an effective way to understand different governance institutions fully. Based on the case and data analysis of the local structure and community governance in Nanjing and Chicago,the paper argues the characteristics of Sino- US urban local governance and causal mechanism which will develop the late dominate advantage to foster the good governance in urban China.
