PCR-MS HPV检测联合TCT在社区宫颈癌筛查中的应用

Application of PCR-MS HPV detection combined with TCT in community for cervical cancer screening

目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)基因检测联合宫颈薄层液基细胞学(TCT)在社区宫颈癌筛查中的临床病理意义。方法收集2013年10—12月社区宫颈癌筛查病人资料,以同期本院门诊病人作为对照组,进行两者TCT及宫颈活检结果的统计与比较。结果社区宫颈癌筛查中HPV阳性患者的TCT及宫颈活检阳性检出率明显高于同期本院门诊病人,具有统计学意义。结论 PCR-MS HPV检测具有准确、快速、经济等优点,作为初筛方法,适合在大规模人群的宫颈癌筛查中推广。

Objective To study the value of clinicopathologic in PCR-MS HPV detection combined with TCT in community for cervical cancer screening.Methods Collecting the data of patients in Community and the hospital outpatients from the Oct.to the Dec.in 2013 in the same time,then Statistics and Analyze the results of both TCT and pathological biopsy of them.Results Positive rate of TCT and pathological biopsy of the HPV positive patients in community for cervical cancer screening, were significantly higher than the hospital outpatient in the same period.Conclusions As an early screening method, PCR-MS HPV detection has the advantages of accurate, rapid and economic, Suitable for promotion in large populations of cervical cancer screening.
