溶洞对露天石灰石矿中深孔爆破效果的影响及改进措施分析

Analysis and improvement measures of impact of caverns on medium-deep hole blasting effects in open pit limestone mines

溶洞作为影响露天矿中深孔爆破效果的重要因素之一,易造成爆后矿量不足、大块率偏高、根底明显、爆破飞石严重、矿石过度粉碎、殉爆及其引起拒爆等不良爆破效果。在分析不良爆破效果成因的基础上给出了加强地质勘探、优化爆破参数、采用合理的装药结构和爆破方法、加强施工管理等改善爆破效果的措施,为溶洞发育地区矿山的开采提供了参考。

As one of important factors for affecting medium- deep hole blasting effect in open pit mines, caverns could be liable to result in insufficient amount of ore, high big rock rate, obvious bedrocks, serious blasting flyroeks, excessive crushed ore, sym- pathetic detonation and misfire and other poor blasting effects af- ter blasting. Based on the analysis on the cause of poor blasting effects, measures are taken to improve the blasting effects, such as strengthening geological exploration, optimizing blasting pa- rameters, taking reasonable charging structure and appropriate blasting methods, improving construction management and oth- ers, which provides a reference for mining operation in the cavern development areas.
