摘要
在根管治疗过程中可能会发生器械分离,折断,遗留在根管内,影响根管的清洁、成形和完善充填,还有可能导致治疗失败。随着显微根管治疗技术的发展,大部分根管折断器械可以通超声、H锉、套管、根尖手术等取出遗留的器械。本文对根管内器械折断的原因、折断器械的取出方案,以及折断器械取出时的注意事项。对临床医师预防和处理根管器械折断具有指导意义。
In the course of root canal treatment may occur instrument separation, broken, left in the root canal, effects of root canal irrigation, shaping and obturation, and may lead to treatment failure.As the rapald development of microscope using in the root canal treatment, separated instruments in canal were removed by ultrasonic, H file, drivepipe, apicoectomy.In this paper, we talk about causes, the removing methods of separated instrment and consideration, this paper supposed to offer great benefit for dealing with separated instruments.
