摘要
为开展飞行员航空防护救生装备在飞机稳态和动态加速度环境下的适应性、结构性能以及动态性能的验证,研制了国产首台高动态航空装备单臂式大型离心机。采用盒式梁整体结构设计了转臂臂架,实现了刚度强度性能与转动惯量的最优化结合;采用小回差减速机间接驱动方式以及多模态组合控制方式,实现了高精度、快速响应的驱动控制;设计了三轴滚转吊舱和自由摆动吊舱,使离心机既具备物体试验的能力,又具有航空航天载人离心机的基本功能。试验应用表明,离心机工作稳定可靠,为装备研制提供了一种重要的性能验证手段。
In order to demonstrate the adaptability, structural property and dynamic performance of the aviation life-saving equipment under the steady-state and dynamically acceleration conditions of the aircraft, the first do- mestic high dynamic large-scale single-arm centrifuge is developed. This single-arm centrifuge is designed in an integral box-type beam structure, making strength characteristics match with rotary inertia perfectly. By a- dapting small return difference decelerator and multiple-mode combination control, high-accuracy and quick-re- sponse driving control is achieved. The three-axis rolling pod and free-swinging pod are designed so that the centrifuge can not only be used to conduct object test, but also be equipped with primary functions of aeronauti- cal and astronautic human centrifuge. Many tests have proved that the centrifuge works stably and reliably, which provides an important means of performance verification for equipment development.
