摘要
针对礼品雕刻的加工问题,研究自动化的程序编制方法。首先,基于Edgecam软件提出了雕刻的智能化编程方法,而后,论述了软件设计、图形建模、坐标变换和特征编程等关键技术,利用PCI等二次开发语言编制了程序,最后以某博物馆的雕刻加工实例测试了方法的有效性,实现了雕刻设计和制造的智能化和快速化,为其他机床的智能编程提供了借鉴作用。
In order to solve the problem on gift engraving, the method of automatic programming is introduced. Firstly, the flowchart for intelligent programming in Edgecam software is proposed, then, the key technology of software design, graphics modeling, coordinate transformation and feature programming are studied, the program is written by PCI which is the secondary development language in Edgecam, finally, the case study used by engraving machine tool in a museum validates the proposed method, which provides reference for the manufacturing intelligently and rapidly in other machine tools.
