摘要
目的:探讨"三导向"人才培养模式下的医学细胞生物学教学改革效果和可行性。方法:选取2012级本科237人为研究对象,设实验组和对照组;对照组采用讲授式教学法,实验组采用多元化教学法。结果和结论:多元化教学法对提高医学细胞生物学的教学质量和学生"三导向"综合素质具有积极意义。
Objective: To find out the effectiveness and feasibility the "Three-oriented" talent training approach to reforming Medical Cell Biology. Methods: 237 undergraduates enrolled in 2012 participated. Control group received lecturing, while experimental group used diversified approaches to learning. Results and Conclusions: the "Three-oriented" approach is constructive to boost teaching quality and students' over-all quality.
