摘要
目的:探讨"三导向"人才培养模式下的医学细胞生物学教学改革效果和可行性。方法:选取2012级本科237人为研究对象,设实验组和对照组;对照组采用讲授式教学法,实验组采用多元化教学法。结果和结论:多元化教学法对提高医学细胞生物学的教学质量和学生"三导向"综合素质具有积极意义。
Objective： To find out the effectiveness and feasibility the ＂Three-oriented＂ talent training approach to reforming Medical Cell Biology. Methods： 237 undergraduates enrolled in 2012 participated. Control group received lecturing, while experimental group used diversified approaches to learning. Results and Conclusions： the ＂Three-oriented＂ approach is constructive to boost teaching quality and students＇ over-all quality.
