浅谈职业学校“严爱结合”的学生管理模式——以金肯现代学校学生管理为例

随着经济的发展和国家政策的大力支持,职业教育成为我国教育的重要组成部分,但职业学校学生生源质量呈下滑趋势,本文着重分析职业学校学生的特点,以金肯现代学校学生管理模式为例,阐述如何结合职业学校学生的特点采取新的管理模式。
