PDCA循环管理在脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application of PDCA Cycle Managemen in the Patients with Cerebrovascular Malformation Embolization Treatment

目的 研究PDCA循环管理在脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2012年10月至2013年10月收治的120例脑血管畸行患者作为研究对象,随机将120例患者分为两组,对两组患者进行相同的脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗。对一组患者进行普通管理,标为A组,对另一组患者进行PDCA循环管理,标为B组。探讨PDCA循环管理在脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗中的作用和效果。结果 进行PDCA管理法的B组患者出现脑梗死的比例为5%,进行普通管理的A组患者出现脑梗死的比例为15%,可见PDCA管理法应用于脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗有利于减少术后出现脑梗死的现象。治疗1 d后、2∽3 d、3 d后A、B两组患者对医护工作的满意度平均为58%、78%。说明PDCA明显提高了患者对医护工作的满意度。结论 PDCA管理法能促进脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗的顺利进行,患者对PDCA管理法的满意明显大于普通管理法,PDCA管理法符合脑血管畸形介入栓塞治疗的临床要求,应该广泛应用与推广。

Objectlve To investigate the effectiveness of application of Plan-Do-Check-Action （PDCA） cycle in the cerebrovascular malformation patients who received embolization treatment. Methods 120 cases of cerebrovascular malformation patients who received embolization treatment were randomly devided into two groups from October 2012 to October 2013. One group was subjected to common management, marked as A group. The other group was subjected to PDCA cycle management, marked as B group. By applying these two management methods to investigate the role and effects of PDCA cycle management in the cerebrovascular malformation patients who received embolization treatment. Results The proportion of patients with cerebral infarction in group B was 5%, while in group A it was 15%, which indicated applying PDCA cycle management to the cerebmvascular malformation patients who received embolization treatment, helped to postoperative cerebral infarction. Two groups of patients satisfaction with health care work were an average of 58%, 78% respectively 1, 2, 3 day after treatment, which suggested that PDCA significantly improved patients satisfaction with health care work. Canelusinns PDCA cycle management promote the progress of cerebral embolization treatment of vascular malformations smoothly. Patients satisfaction with PDCA cycle management was more than that with common management. PI）CA cycle management meet with embolization treatment of cerebmvascular malformation clinical requirements, and it should be widely application.
