摘要
动物卵母细胞含有大量的脂肪酸,脂肪酸通过β-氧化能够为卵母细胞成熟发育提供能量。许多研究表明,脂肪酸β-氧化促进了卵母细胞成熟和受精后早期胚胎发育。基于此,本文综述了卵母细胞内脂肪酸的种类、来源,脂肪酸β-氧化和调控及其对卵母细胞成熟发育的影响。
Animal oocytes contain large amounts of endogenous fatty acid that is capable of generating ATP molecules to support oocyte maturation and development through the process of fatty acid β-oxidation. Many researches indicated that fatty acid β-oxidation is essential for oocyte maturation and early embryo development. Therefore, this paper reviewed the source and categories of fatty acid, its β-oxidation physiological process, some factors regulating its β- oxidation, and the effect of promoting its β-oxidation on oocyte maturation and development.
