永磁同步电机旋转坐标系滑模观测器设计研究 被引量:16

摘要 针对内置式永磁同步电动机在螺旋桨重载工况下,两相静止坐标系滑模观测器中扩展反电动势幅值大小易受螺旋桨负载影响的问题,在两相旋转坐标系下设计一种新型滑模观测器用以实现内置式永磁电动机转速及转子位置观测。采用李雅普诺夫稳定性理论对所设计的滑模观测器进行了稳定性分析,得出电动机转速估算表达式,避免了扩展反电动势的观测。对所提出的永磁同步电动机无速度传感器控制策略进行仿真分析和试验研究,结果表明设计的滑模观测器能够准确实现永磁电动机的转速估算,系统具有良好的动态响应性能,验证了该控制策略的有效性与可行性。 Aiming at the problem that the magnitude of extended electromotive force( EMF) is affected by the propeller load condition when the sliding mode observer( SMO) is designed in the stationary reference frame for a interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM),a novel SMO for IPMSM speed and rotor position detection was designed in the synchronous rotating frame. Using Lyapunov stability theory,the stability of the SMO was analyzed and the calculation of the rotor speed was deduced,avoiding observer of the extended EMF. Simulation and experimental results show that the SMO can accurately get the rotor estimation speed,the system is featured by fast dynamic response,and the reliability and validity are verified by simulation and experimental results.
