从建设法治中国的视角看,树立宪法权威是新形势下我国全面推进依法治国、深化改革的内在诉求和需要,因此建立宪法宣誓制度迫在眉睫。基于公民-国家二元结构的视角,宪法宣誓具有外在价值和内在价值的二重价值,同时在基本权利、宪法权威、国家治理上有极大的现实意义。

In perspective of constructing the rule of law in China, setting up the authority of the constitution is in accordance with the internal demand of comprehensively advancing rule of law and the need of deepening the reform in new situation, so it is urgent to establish the constitutional oath system. Based on the perspective of citizen-country dual structure, the constitutional oath with extrinsic value and intrinsic value of double value, at the same time in the fundamental rights, the authority of the constitution, and national governance have great practical significance.
