钢板与空心螺钉内固定术在劈裂型肱骨大结节骨折中的应用比较

Comparison of Plate and Hollow Screw Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Large Fractures of the Proximal Humerus

目的比较钢板与空心螺钉内固定术在劈裂型肱骨大结节骨折中的应用效果。方法将80例劈裂型股骨大结节骨折患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用钢板螺钉内固定治疗,研究组采用空心螺钉内固定治疗。结果研究组疼痛改善情况和肩关节功能恢复情况优于对照组。结论空心螺钉内固定治疗劈裂型肱骨大结节骨折效果优于钢板螺钉内固定术,操作简单。

Objective To compare the plate and hollow screw fixation application results in splitting the greater tuberosity of humerus fractures.Methods 80 cases of femoral splitting greater tuberosity fracture patients were divided into a control group and the study group and the control group in the plate and screw fixation,study group were cannulated screw fixation.Results The study group improvement and shoulder pain and functional recovery than the control group.Conclusion The hollow screw fixation of humeral greater tuberosity fracture splitting effect was significantly superior plate and screw fixation,simple operation.
