高职院校实行无现金报账是对传统财务报销支付方式的颠覆性变革,是信息化社会发展的必然趋势。基于对无现金报账实施背景和效果的分析,以青岛职业技术学院为例,从网络管理、制度改革和设备升级等方面提出一系列完善无现金报账系统运行的建议。

The cashless account rendering in higher vocational colleges is one subversive change to the traditional financial application mode for reimbursement.And it is the inexorable trend in the development of information society.Based on the analysis of the background and effectiveness of implementing cashless account rendering,this paper takes Qingdao Technical College as an example to put forward the suggestions to improve the operation of cashless account rendering system from the aspect of network management,institutions reformation and equipment upgrading.
