摘要
为测定宽度对硬材弹性模量(MOE)的影响,运用三点静态弯曲(TSB)和纵向应力波(LSW)实验方法,分析讨论了宽度对黄桦(yellow birch)和糖枫(sugar maple)这两种硬材弹性模量数值的影响。试验结果显示,木材宽度这一因素对运用三点静态弯曲方法测量阔叶材弹性模量的结果有显著影响,对纵向应力波方法测量阔叶材弹性模量的结果无明显影响;不考虑测试方法和木材宽度的影响,黄桦树种的弹性模量值值高于糖枫树种;不考虑木材宽度和树种因素的影响,采用三点静态弯曲法(静态法)测得的弹性模量值平均值高于纵向应力波方法(动态法)。
In order to obtain the width effect on the modulus of elasticity of hardwood lumber, three-point static bending(TSB) and longitudinal stress wave (LSW)methods were used on the t of the modulus of elasticity (MOE) of yellow birch and sug- ar maple, respectively. Results showed that the lumber width didn't have obvious impact on the MOE measured by using LSW, but had significant impact on that measured by using TSB. The MOE of yellow birch lumber was higher than that of sugar maple lumber re- gardless of testing methods and lumber width. The mean of MOE measured by using static method was higher than those measured by using dynamic method regardless of the lumber width and tree species.
