摘要
高瓦斯煤矿采区巷道工作面侧支护采用的普通玻璃钢锚杆强度低、抗扭性差,延伸率低。针对以上问题开发了高强度玻璃钢锚杆,通过实验室试验高强度玻璃钢锚杆极限载荷220 k N,最大可施加扭矩到达420 N·m。采用数值软件FLAC3D,对采用高强度玻璃钢锚杆在不同回采条件下的巷道受力状态进行了分析,最大垂直应力为20.4 MPa,最大水平应力为18.6 MPa。在N3-9工作面胶带巷进行了试验,实践表明两帮最大位移量为25 mm,顶板最大下沉量为13 mm,巷道变形量较小,试验效果理想。
The normal fiber reinforce plastic cable was used on working face side of entry in gassy coal mine last, but strength , resistance to torsion, extensibility ration were low. So a new style high strength fiber reinforce plastic cable was developed. The maximal broken load was 220 kN, the maximal twist was 420 N · m. then the stress distribution around the N3 - 9 belt entry was analyzed by number software FLAC3D, the maximal vertical stress was 20.4 MPa, and the maximal horizontal stress was 18.6 MPa. The test was carried in N3 -9 belt entry; the maximal convergence between two sides was 25mm, the maximum roof subsidence was 13mm, the result was good.
