中西医结合治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征20例

Twenty Cases with Neonatal Cold Injury Syndrome Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy

目的:观察中西医结合治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征的临床疗效。方法:将40例新生儿寒冷损伤综合征患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组给予抗感染、复温、保暖、维生素补充等常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用外涂湿润烧伤膏配合按摩治疗。结果:观察组有效率95%,对照组有效率75%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿体温恢复时间、住院时间及硬肿消退时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy on neonatal cold injury syndrome. Methods： 40 cases with neonatal cold injury syndrome were randomized intn observation group （20 cases） and control group （20 cases）. Control group were given western medicine symptomatic anti-infection, rewarming, warm-keeping and vitamin- supplementing treatment. Observation group were additionally given external application of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment com- bined with massage. Results ： The effective rate of observation group （95%） was better than that of control group （75%） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The time needed for body temperature recovery, hospital stays, and swelling mass abatement in observation group was all shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy has remarkable effects on neonatal cold injury syndrome.
