Determination of Salidroside in Fufang Daxueteng Granules by HPLC

目的：建立测定复方大血藤颗粒中红景天苷含量的方法。方法：采用RH-HPLC法,色谱条件：Waters C18柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,以乙腈：0.1%醋酸8∶92为流动相,检测波长275 nm,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果：在0.68-3.40μg内红景天苷的线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为102.0%（RSD=2.04%）。结论：该方法简单、准确可靠,可用于复方大血藤颗粒中红景天苷的含量控制。

Objective ：To establish a quantitative HPLC method for determination of Salidroside in Fufang Daxueteng Gran- ules. Methods：The separation was performed on a Waters C,s column （4. 6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 using 8：92 of aeetonitfile and 0. 1% acetic acid. The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm. Results ：The Salidrosides were well separated by this HPLC method. Linearifies were good in the ranges of 0. 68 - 3.40 μg （ r = 0. 9997 ）. The average recoveries were 102. 0% with RSD 2. 04%. Conclusion：This method is proved to be convenient, reliable and accurate and it can be used for quality control of Fufang Daxueteng Granules.
