摘要
为了测试某型国产2.8L高压共轨柴油发动机功率从80k W提升后到88k W的性能,使其更好的满足市场的需求,在试验台架上对其进行了噪声与振动的试验,在试验过程中,采集了发动机在不同工况时的噪声与振动数据,运用科学方法对噪声与振动频谱进行数据分析与处理,保证了试验的准确和客观性,验证了发动机的整体性能,为发动机设计、优化和改进提供科学技术支撑.
In order to test the properties of a certain type of domestic 2. 8L high pressure common rail diesel engine after boosting power from 80 k W to 88 k W,and to make it better to meet the needs of the market,the experiment for noise and vibration was carried out by bench test. In the test,the acquisition of the engine noise and vibration data in different working conditions,the data of the noise and vibration spectrum were analyzed and processed using the scientific methods to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of test and verify the overall performance of the engine. This method provided technology support for the design,optimization and improvement of engine.
