摘要
20年来,QCL已经取得了飞速发展,在中波红外对抗、痕量气体检测、THz通信等领域初步得到了应用。本文从有源区方案设计及其优化、安装与封装、光子晶体QCL等设计技术,简要概述了量子级联激光器技术内涵;简要分析了当前QCL激光器研究热点和发展现状;最后从中波红外对抗、痕量气体检测、THz通信等应用技术方面,对QCL的技术应用前景进行了简要分析。
Quantum cascaded lasers have been developing rapidly in the recent 20 years. The connota- tions of the QCL are simply represented in the followed aspects : the design schemes and optimizations of the laser's active regions, the chip mounting and laser's package, the design and fabrication of photo crystal QCL, etc. The focus of the research fields and technical levels on QCL recently are then analyzed. Finally, issues such as the application prospects of the QCLs of the middle IR countermeasures, and the detections of trace gases and the THz communications are described.
