摘要
主要介绍在特定的铣削条件下,不同螺旋角度铣刀如何影响其切削性能。先利用DEFORM软件仿真不同螺旋角度立铣刀的铣削过程,得到了切削力变化曲线,从切削力大小变化来分析铣刀的切削性能。接着进行实体铣削实验,用不同螺旋角度铣刀铣削不同材质的工件,除了螺旋角度外,其他的参数如前后角等规定统一,铣削完后观察不同螺旋角度的铣刀对已铣削工件表面粗糙度的影响,并记录数据。最后对比两者数据,分析得出螺旋角度越大切削力越小、工件表面越光滑的结论。
It was introduced that how milling cutters with different spiral angle influenced its cutting performance in particular milling conditions. DEFORM software was used to simulate milling processes of vertical milling cutters with different spiral angle and cutting force curves were gotten. The cutting performances of the cutters were analyzed according to the change of the cutting force. Then entity milling experiments were made, milling cutters with different spiral angle were used to mill workpieces with different material. In addition to the spiral angle, other parameters such as front angle and back angle were unified. After milling, the influences of the milling cutter with different spiral angle on the workpiece surface roughness were observed and the data were recorded. Through comparing the data, the conclusion is that the helical angle is more big, the cutting force is less smaller, the surface of the workpiece is more smoother.
