综述了建筑节能概况及其与外墙保温技术的关系和硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料在建筑外墙保温中的应用。外墙保温的隔热节能效果明显,其保温效果仍优于内墙保温所产生的效果。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料一般都是闭孔结构,具有施工方便、强度高、质量轻等特点。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料作为外墙保温材料,不仅具有良好的保温性能,而且防水性能好。硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的性价比较高,维护成本较低。加强聚氨酯泡沫塑料在外墙保温中的研究是未来几年的发展方向。

The relationship between building energy saving and exterior wall thermal insulation technology and the application of polyurethane foam plastics in the exterior wall thermal insulation were summarized.The energy-saving effect of external wall thermal insulation was remarkable which was better than that of interior wall thermal insulation.In general,the rigid polyurethane foam plastics were closed-pore structure which had the characteristics of convenient construction,high strength,light weight,etc.As an exterior wall thermal insulation material,the rigid polyurethane foam plastics not only had good heat preservation performance but good waterproof performance as well.The rigid polyurethane foam plastics had high performance-price ratio,low maintenance cost.Strengthening the research of polyurethane foam in the exterior wall thermal insulation was the development direction for the next few years.
