摘要
《成方便读》是清代医家张秉成的医学著作,全书汇集古今常用方剂245首,附方54首。每方以七言歌诀的形式,归纳其药物组成和主治病症,方下加以注疏,先论致病之源,再叙立方之意。书中多处论及"伏阳"一说,从其对方药的分析可以窥探张秉成对"伏阳"的认识,及"伏阳"产生的机理,即阻遏伏阳,或因血瘀,或因气郁,或因食积,或因肿胀等。
Cheng Fang Bian Du is the medical worK of Zhang Bingcheng,the medical master in the Qing Dy-nasty,including 245 common formulas from the ancient time and 54 attached formulas. Each formula was written in the form of verse,with the ingredient,indication and explanation involved. The disease was discussed before the formula was formed. The theory of insidious yang was mentioned many times in the booK. It was explored that Zhang Bingcheng had the deep recognition on insidious yang in views of the formulas,as well as the mechanism on insidious yang,mean-ing blocKage of insidious yang,which might be caused by blood stagnation,qi stagnation,food retention or swelling,etc.
