摘要
滋养层干细胞对胚胎附植、胚胎存活和胎盘发育起关键作用,是研究胎盘发育和功能的理想体外模型。目前,国内外对滋养层干细胞的研究处于方兴末艾之势,已经建立了以鼠为代表的小动物滋养层干细胞培养体系,对人的滋养层干细胞分离培养也取得一些进展。但对猪、牛、羊等大动物滋养层干细胞的研究进展还非常缓慢,至今仍未能获得理想的模型,其分化方向、培养体系、标记基因的选择等都还存在不确定性,严重阻碍了后续研究的开展。
Trophoblast stem cells play vital roles in embryo implantation,embryo survival and placental de-velopment,as a good model of placental development and function in vitro .Recently,some breakthrough progresses were revealed,such as establishment of trophoblast stem cell lineage and systematic culture condition in mice,attempt of derivation and maintenance of human trophoblast stem cells.But it was little focused on bovine,porcine and ovis.Model building was not completed as well as uncertainty of differenti-al subclass,systematic culture condition and marker genes,which was a barrier for subsequent study.
