摘要
为改善现有紫外净水系统的杀毒效果,降低套管表面结垢对污水净化的影响,设计PLC及变频器控制系统,实现其自动控制.系统搭建除垢清洁机构动作频率自调节模块和紫外灯管矩阵的自检测、自通断模块控制紫外计量,采用PID算法调节净化池水量稳定性.经现场检测,该系统可增强紫外计量控制能力,提高污水净化能力,改善工业、生活环境.
In order to improve the virus killing effectiveness of ultraviolet water purification sys- tems, reduce the casing surface impact on the fouling water purification, the PLC and inverter automatic control system is designed in the paper. The system uses the cleaning system self-regu- lation module and ultraviolet lamp matrix module to control ultraviolet metrology and the PID al- gorithm to adjust purification tank water yield. After field testing, the system can enhance UV metering control capacity, improve wastewater treatment capacity, and thus improve the industrial and living environment.
