海英菜籽油与山茶油、橄榄油不饱和脂肪酸含量比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,比较研究了海英菜籽油和山茶油、橄榄油中不饱和脂肪酸亚油酸、亚麻酸和油酸含量的差异。结果表明:海英菜籽油中亚油酸含量最高,占亚麻酸、亚油酸和油酸三者总量的80.15%,含量为68.574~69.012g/100g,约是山茶油和橄榄油中亚油酸含量的10倍;海英菜籽油中亚麻酸含量为5.269~5.401g/100g,约是山茶油中亚麻酸含量的20倍,是橄榄油中亚麻酸含量的7倍;海英菜籽油中油酸含量为11.629~11.779g/100g,低于山茶油和橄榄油中油酸含量。 The contents of unsaturated fatty acids in Suaeda salsa seed oil, oil - tea camellia seed oil and ol- ive oil were analyzed by HPLC. The results indicated that the content of linoleic acid in Suaeda salsa seed oil was the highest, and it accounted for 80.15% of the total contents of linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid; the content of linoleic acid in Suaeda salsa seed oil ranged from 68. 574 g/100 g to 69.012 g/100 g, 10 times the content in oil -tea camellia seed oil and olive oil; the content of linolenic acid in Suaeda salsa seed oil ranged from 5. 269 g/100 g to 5. 401 g/100 g, 20 times the content in oil - tea camellia seed oil, and 7 times the content in olive oil ; the content of oleic acid in Suaeda salsa seed oil ranged from 11. 629 g/100 g to 11. 779 g/100 g, lower than that in oil -tea camellia seed oil and olive oil.
