研究分析牙齿残根保存修复与拔出后种植修复的临床效果

Research and Analysis the Teeth Residual Roots Save after Repair and Pull out the Clinical Effect of Implant Prosthesis

目的探讨牙齿残根保存修复和拔除后种植修复的应用效果。方法选取80例均需行修复治疗的牙齿残根患者,随机分为两组,每组各40例。观察组行拔出后种植修复治疗,对照组行牙齿残根保存修复治疗。结果疗观察组的有效率和满意度均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙齿残根的修复治疗中采用拔出后种植修复的效果更佳。

Objective To study the residual roots save repair teeth and pul out after the application effect of implant prosthesis.Methods Choose 80 cases of line al needs to repair treatment of dental patients with residual roots, randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. Observation group line pul out after the implant prosthesis treatment, control group treated teeth residual roots save repair.Results The treatment efficiency and satisfaction in observation group were higher than that of control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the teeth after the treatment of repairing the residual roots adopts pul out plant repair effect is better.
