Research on Construction and Development of Human Resource Service Industry and its Industrial Park

现代人力资源服务业作为智库产业和生产性服务业,对推动我国经济社会发展具有重要意义。但是当前人力资源服务业及其产业园发展中存在综合竞争力不强、市场决定作用未充分发挥、产业园建设推进缓慢等问题,需要从优化人力资源产业园内部结构、提升国际化程度、区域人力资源产业园以及海外人力资源产业园建设等方面进一步完善。为此,需要构建产业引导、市场治理、资金扶持、平台支撑、人才引领的"五轮驱动"政策保障体系,以促进我国人力资源服务业及其产业园的建设发展。

As a think tank industry and productive service industry,modern human resource service industry is of great significance to promote China＇s economic and social development.However,there are lots of problems on human resource service industry and its industrial park,include that the comprehensive competitiveness is not strong,market decisive effects has not been fully displayed,and construction of industrial park advances slowly.We should further improve some aspects of human resources industry and its industrial park,such as optimizing internal structure,opening to the outside world,building regional and oversea industrial park,and so on.Therefor,we need to build a five-wheel-drive policy support system,including industry guidance,market governance,financial support,platform support,and talent lead,to promote the development of human resource service industry and its industrial park in China.
